The main boast of the Franch family is the great array and amount of vegetables that have been cultivated for decades with more and more zeal in the fields surrounding the farm. Vegetables are, of course, the heart of the culinary offer at the farm, starting from the morning.
The buffet breakfast, infact, has a wide range of jams and marmalades all home-made, served along with the delicious apple juice made with the fruits of the near apple-orchard.
The dishes here follow the centennial tradition of the Trentino region. Nadia and Vilma make use of the several fresh vegetables and their own great fantasy to cook tasty and above all genuine and healthy dishes.
But everybody knows that in any meal the wine itself plays a great role, since this has always been considered source of serenity and calmness.
