In this way you will discover how is life in the country-side, enjoying a sense of relax, well-being and the peace that can be found only in a farm immersed in the green.
Genuineness and tradition. These two simple but meaningful words can describe the lifestyle at the Maso Pomarolli farm.
The main boast of the Franch family is the great array and amount of vegetables that have been cultivated for decades with more and more zeal in the fields surrounding the farm. Vegetables are, of course, the heart of the culinary offer at the farm, starting from the morning. The buffet breakfast, infact, has a wide range of jams and marmalades all home-made, served along with the delicious apple juice made with the fruits of the near apple-orchard.
The dishes here follow the centennial tradition of the Trentino region. Nadia and Vilma make use of the several fresh vegetables and their own great fantasy to cook tasty and above all genuine and healthy dishes. The most famous one is the typical barley soup (“orzotto”) with herbs.
Besides the vegetables, the menu makes great use of all the typical meats of any farm; several dishes try delicious combinations of the fragrance of vegetables and the taste of meats.
